Question for sky: When a character is in the red and he heals, what happens? Do they get resurrected, or are they still dead anyway?

If the character gets enough heals to get positive HP by the end of the round, then he is still alive. If the character has HP ≤ 0 at the end of the round, then he is dead. The character does not die until I say so at the end of the round.

Story as of now:
Pikachu lines up and smaches Ness out of the park. 'Pi pika pika pi!' (Translation: '*bleep* *bleep* *bleep*ing Ness.') Unfortunately for the rat, Kirby was getting itchy to use his Hammer attack and decided to pound Pikachu into the ground. As Ness fades into the distance, a Maxim Tomato drops to the arena. All characters lick their lips or mandibles or whatever and rush to get the wonderful item.

Preferred Attack format: ‘[Character A] attacks [Character B] for -3 damage’ [Do not forget the underline, red, and bold.]

Simple Attack format: ‘[Character A] attacks [Character B] for-3 damage’ [Do not forget the bold.]

Preferred Heal format: ‘[Character] heals for +2 HP [Do not forget the green and bold.]

Simple Heal format: ‘[Character] heals for +2 HP [Do not forget the bold.]

Specials follow the same format where appropriate.

4: Before anyone gets the wrong idea, I picked the rat's name at random. There was a 1/26 chance that it could have been any character, even Ness. All random selections will have the 1/26 chance unless more than one random selection is needed.

This Round's Weapons:
Maxim Tomato: +25 HP. Players can not use. At the end of the round, the character with the lowest HP gets the item.
1 Warp Star: -3 damage to up to two characters. User can not be healed after use
2 Clocking Device: User can not be damaged for the round, but only deals -2 damage.

This Round's Specials:
PST -0: Falco: Falco Phantasm: -2 damage to one character. Falco can not be attacked for the rest of the round after using this move
PST -8: Mario: Mario Tornado: -3 damage to two characters
PST +8: Mewtwo: Shadow Ball: -5 damage to one character
