my iPod thing is being stupid

ok, i just got my ipod yesterday and i got the iTunes prepaid 15$ card and all that stuff and so i hit buy now on itunes and the thing is being stupid and its tellin me to get an account and all that kinda stuff....and its really annoying me...so what do i do?

Probably sign up for an account. I didn't get a prepaid card with mine, but that seems the logical thing to do.

It sounds simplier than you think. You register for an account on iTunes and when you purchase the songs, you will cash in part of the gift card towards the song.

There must be a number from a bar code or something on the gift card, give it that.
