Borders bookstore Sacramento, CA closing

It seems the Borders store at this address:

4750 Natomas Blvd.
Sacramento, CA

is closing and everything (excluding magazines, newspapers, gift cards and certificates, and all electronics) is on sale for 40% off.

I recently got an email about this. It seems it will be closed on 1/3/2009. I just thought I'd give a heads up incase anyone was in the area. A Borders near us closed a couple months ago and we were able to pick up quite a few good deals.
