Exchange, as in, return to the store to get a different one. You need a receipt to do that.

I get that but what does a one armed person have to do with writing the word change instead of exchange...you know what I mean? No no no, you don't see. Dang Americans.
It's the 'how many ____ does it take to change a lightbulb' joke in one of its forms.
One armed men because well, they have one arm, so one couldn't physically change a lightbulb by himself (as in take it out of the light and put a new one in).
But in this case we use change as exchange, instead of the traditional sense of changing lightbulbs...
