Here's the form. Every person I know who has filled out enough information has gotten a speedy response.

A while back, I lost an account due to the fact that they now have it that you must be 13 in order to retrieve your password, instead of before where they allowed all ages to retrieve it. Why did they change it? I mean, I sent in a consent form a short while thereafter and nothing happened. I e-mailed them a question or two and they kept dodging the question giving me a bunch of bogus on stuff related to the question(but not close enough to an answer)

I don't think it's very fair at all that now anyone under 13 cannot retrieve their password.

Jack: Put it away son, it's not worth you getting beat again.
Will:You didn't beat me. You ignored the rules of engagement. In a fair fight, I'd kill you.
Jack:That's not much incentive for me to fight fair, then, is it?

try neomailing them the relevant form, i think once i forgot to put in my email add too and then couldnt remember the password as well. Tell them your username and that you forgot your password but you didnt fill in the email thing as well. Then put in information that only you will know about your account. I put in around how much i had in the bank, several weapons that my pets had, some of my neofriends names and even some items that i knew i had in my SDB. I gave enough information so they sent me my password.

My daughter can't remember the password to one of her accounts and the lost password request isn't working (I think that's because the account is an under 13 one).

So, I cannot say it enough--write your password down somewhere. If you have nosy family members, friends, or roommates, hide it in a book on your bookshelf or tape it to the bottom of your monitor. That way, you always have a hard copy of it somewhere.
