I have read every guide I can find online about attaching a petpetpet, but it still isn't happening for me. My friend sent me a Breebly as a kind and unexpected gift yesterday, and I've been attempting to attach it ever since then. I literally spent over two hours last night alone refreshing my Inventory screen.....nothing. I browsed around the site a lot (the official Neopets description of petpetpets suggests it is all pageviews, not just inventory views, that will attach it)...even played Pyramids until I actually got a Gold trophy (!).......still no petpetpet attachment. My eyeballs are seriously going to fall out if I waste any more time at this.

What am I doing wrong? Is it hopeless? Are there some petpet and petpetpet combinations that just don't work?? At this point, I seriously WISH the darn Pant Devil would make off with it just so I could have an excuse to stop refreshing!!

I wish I could help you, but Im having the same horrid problem , I have a vernax that I tried to attach for days, Ive done everything recommended from having a full inventory to having an empty one and everything inbetween.

I end up giving up..

atm Im going insane trying to get an avatar for having the Chokato (Tcg) card in my inventory and my fingers are close to dropping off.....LOL

What is the secret with refreshing in the inventory for these type of things?,

it says on ppt that your pet wont accept anything that has the same number of letters in its name as the item and the same for foods too

I'm very sure this doesn't affect petpetpets at all.

Other than that, it took me a very long time to attach my mootix. I refreshed for about an hour... it didn't attach. Took a break, and when I came back it attached on the 3rd refresh. Guess you just have to be a little bit lucky too.

That might actually be the case...My pet and the Breebly both have the same number of letters in their name......

Just a tip for everyone who needs to do something what includes a lot of refreshing, or get an autorefresher, or do what I do and that is download Oprah, as that browser has got an autorefresh option.

But when it is indeed true that it won´t work because of the amount of letters in your pets name, than I´d try to trade if for a different petpetpet.

Wow! It bearly took 5 minutes for me to attatch my Vernax.

You can just do what I do, if you're computer is slow enough, get something heavy and make it hold down your F5 button. Watch a show or something and come back during the commercials.

That's what I do. Then I just sit back, relax, and watch the avatars/bd challengers roll in.

You do know that an autorefresher is considered a " downloadable cheat" program and can get you frozen, don't you?

I won't even use my dragon program that types for me as I speak on the site, just to be on the safe side. And yes, I do need that many times. My hands are kind of messed up and especially my right hand (of course, since I'm right handed) will "seize" up and take an hour or so to get it to relax.

Yes, autorefreshers are definitely not allowed to be used on Neo, I would discourage people from using them since TNT can detect whether you are using one through analysing the refresh rate.

Just keep on refreshing (manually)

It took me a good two weeks before my petpetpet attached. So it might take long but it will happen...
