I know many people do their quests, and I would like some help piecing together a rarity range for their prizes. Does any one know?

Not quite knowing the rarities but i can give you a list thing with my past experiences

Edna- gives off the simplest easiest quest most of the time(avatar if your lucky)

Esoga-give simple quest/hard quest moderatly(can give off good items around the 50k range if your lucky

Taelia-give you hard quests with a few simple quests here and there. Most of the time you give 1 item that costs alot then another items that cost under 100np -.-(usually gives off a good reward though!)

This much I knew... I'm wanting a range for their prizes, partly because I think it would be useful. Second because I wonder if it might aide me in finding expensive r90 items for my gallery.

I used to keep a list of quests before I formatted my computer last year. Though the prizes were once extremely good (Snow Faerie giving out morphing potions, scorchstones, and Battle Ducks), the current prizes generally aren't anything great. It's best to do the quests when they are reasonably cheap (Snow Faerie - 3k or less, Esophagor - cheap spooky foods only, Witch - however much you are willing to spend, Kitchen - depends if you use the battledome or not), and they usually aren't this cheap. With that said, the Snow Faerie doesn't really give out any great prizes anymore. You can get ice cream tickets and neggs from her, but that's about it. In return, you can expect to receive mediocre battledome items, healing potions, snowballs, and rarity 60-89 Food as your prize. The Esophagor is another story, you can pretty much get any kind of non spooky food item between rarity 1-90 from him, though it's pretty rare to get anything above rarity 80 from him. Best prizes that I have ever received were Sporkle Syrup, Hand Painted Scarab (when it was still a good weapon), and an uncommon item that retired months later and became really valuable. I definitely recommend his quest if he ever asks for cheap spooky food, because you never really know what you might get (codestones, petpets, books, plushies, etc.) Unless you are trying to get the avatar, I wouldn't bother doing any witch quests. There's a very good chance that you'll receive some cheap spooky food for completing her quest, which often times isn't worth your money. Same with the Kitchen Quest, unless you happen to be an avid battledomer. You might find that the Kitchen quests are even more expensive than the Snow Faerie ones. Hope this helps.

Edna = not worth it.

Eso = um ... I guess it's best to do it for the Brain Tree quest?

Taelia = Used to be great (I got a morphing potion as a reward once,) but now her rewards are crappy >.<

Edna is rarely worth it. She sometimes gives out expensive spooky foods, but mostly it's just cheap ones.

Esophy proves to be worth the trouble most of the time, giving out cards for your neodeck or just for selling off, petpets ( I once got a Gruslen off him ), books, or just food.

Taelia has gotten more greedy after she's been uniced. She rarely gives out cheaply quests, but when she does, the rewards are great. :P

And did everyone forget about the Kitchen Quests? Those are worth doing if their cost isn't much over 1k, sometimes you might get a stats boost for your pet, a really expensive item, or just a neopoint reward.

Wow, that has to be my longest post ever. XD

Nope I didn't forget the kq, I just know roughly what he gives. I am hoping I can get a book I'm looking for from Esoph.

Edna I only do for less than 100 np
Esoph less than 200
Brain tree I'll somethimes try for
Taelia for 2500 or less only

These facts I have down pat- IT IS RARITY AND ITEM TYPES I"M LOOKING FOR!

Well, not to sound like I am accussing you of doing this but...

Why are you wanting to know this? Are you wanting to raise the prices of these items, or at least try to, like with Taelia and hoarders who have caused her quests to be SO outrageous that they aren't worth doing 95% of the time anymore when it used to be more like 64% of the time?

I'm wanting to know about thier REWARDS not the items the request. I'm trying to get a feel for what items these quests give out rarity/ type wise so I can get a feel for what I might recieve. WHAT IS IT WITH PEOPLE GIVING ME INFO ON WHAT THEY ASK FOR!?

Snow Faerie - NP award is usually between 500 - 3200 NP. Gives out items between rarity 50-89 as rewards. Rewards are Food, Battle Magic, Defense Magic, and Magic Items.

Witch - NP award is usually about 100 - 200 NP. Gives out Spooky Food only with rarity between 1-89 as a reward, but more often than not, will give cheap foods that you could otherwise get from Test Your Strength.

Esophagor - Can basically get ANY type of item from the Esophagor with a rarity index below 90. Can receive codestones, books, petpets, food/baked/candy/etc, battle magic, defense magic, magic item, etc. from it.

Kitchen - Reward is usually either 700-1200 NP, a raise in a random battledome stat, or a prize that is similar to the Esophagor ones, but with higher rarity index.

Brain Tree - Receive petpets and battledome items.

This is the kind of info I was looking for. Thanks. Don't forget those bottles of sand, sandles, and palm fans Esoph can give as well as omelettes.
