No offense to the artist, I'm sure they worked hard on it, I think. But now it looks like it's head is messed up, and its limbs look rubbery, and the ones in front look like they have no joints.
It's supposed to look evil, the new version looks terribly ugly. u__u;

In my opinion the old darigan kougra had funny limbs and a screwed up head. But that's my opinion. I don't know what people are quite saying when they say that the new one is "less evil" or has "less attitude" so I'd be quite happy if someone could explain that to me.

I prefer it. it looks sneaky. before it looked smug. I prefer sneaky to smug.

the old one was lumpy and had a smashed nose. the new one looks delightfully evil.

my only complaint is the little tuft of hair on its head. other than that--a huge improvement.

Darigan pets aren't SUPPOSED to be evil, are they? NOOOO! URSULA! You've betrayed me!!

It's got that 'baby bottle' look for the mouth, for a start.

Darigan as a colour is starting to look more and more like purple pets who have covered their acne and dressed up for Halloween...

I liked the smirk the old version had... but eh.. don't really care for either one of them

I like the Zafara darigan, because it's red. That funny purple is starting to annoy me, it's everywhere. My old school uniform was that colour.

I like the new version, I never liked the old version as it is, the thick then thin lines thing is what gets me.

Ugh I hate it too, the old one was perfect, all it needed was a few tweaks like smaller claws, bigger wings... otherwise I loved it. That's the REASON I painted him, because I LIKED the way the DariKougra looked!
This new one reminds me of that Avril Lavigne chick: has a big head, too much eyeliner, and tries really hard to look "bad" but just ...isn't.

Well..the reason all people paint their pets is because they like them,but that doesn't mean they don't need to be revamped a little..

..I really,really think the little tuff of hair is the only problem,but thats me,and thats you. Everybody is different.

About the Avril Lavigne thing..some people (like Dawn2) may take that comment offencive. Plus, her and the Kougra hold nothing in common to me.

Come on... if you get offended by other people's opinion you need to stay away from all social interaction because no matter what, not everyone thinks the same way you do.

I'm quite aware of that. I dont like Avril in the least. Just saying..ah,forget it. I dont want to start a fight.

I guess I'll go keep away from social interaction,though.
