Random Events in a row

Who here has received more than one random event consecutively? Well, mine weren't *quite* consecutively, but here's what's happened so far. I went to Krawk Island, and a scorchio asked me if I was having fun. Then, I went to Buried Treasure, and it started raining mortogs. Then, I actually played the game (no random event on that page, though). I went to the bank to deposit my np, and when I clicked on the shops page, I got the DFM Pteri! Weird, huh? Has anyone received more than 3 events in a short amount of time here? Please post your random event stories here.
