They don't need a reason.

I had one account and played on one computer. Never logged off. Had only the one pet that I'd created and didn't cheat on anything Didn't post on the boards and didn't take part in contests or flame anyone. Wasn't a guild member and you guessed it still was frozen. What I minded the most was though that after months of emailing them still couldn't get a reason as to why?

Don't tear yourself apart trying to guess why they did what they did. You may never find out. After some months I just rejoined and and reminded myself not to get attached. You can lose your account in too many unfair ways to sweat it.
