I've done what people have suggested- I've sent a paper letter, three e-mails, and one regular form, but have yet received so much as an automated reply, and worst of all, I'm still frozen. What do I do now? Does anyone know an e-mail that has NOT been blocked?

I can just imagine a really stubborn staff member haunting the mailbox and adam's inbox, waiting for every chance to delete or throw out your messages.
I dunno. I can imagine that losing your account would be heck, and having it lost for so long must be real tough. But not even getting a response? Thats low of them.
The only thing I can suggest it to keep trying. Get a couple of your old neofriends to join in maybe and ask for help in unfreezing your account.
I would try and do it soon though, because I know for a fact that TNT clear out the frozen accounts every now and then.

This is the one thing, the ONE thing which I truely dislike TNT for. They are so stubborn in their belief that the freezing system works, when all it does is punish the innocent and overload their servers.
It's just like saying that capital punishment is the best approach to dealing with dangerous people. It works, but you could just as easily lock the person up for 40 years.
I've said it before, but TNT honestly need to implement a 'suspension' system. Your account gets suspended for a certain amount of time, depending on the rule that was broken. This would stop innocent people from giving up on Neo forever, or having to make a new account. Whilst scammers and the like will not give a damn, and will most likely just make a new account anyway.
And I think someone else suggested that TNT could have a type of 'court', where certain members are picked and get to decide on the fate of the accused person. They get all the info on the offence, the account, the pets, etc, except the person's name. This would actually work if TNT picked certain Premium members for the job. Not all of them, only those that agree to the job.
TNT, throw away the freeze gun. And UNFREEZE STAMPSYNE AND OMNIICYSHELF!

You don't use Gmail. do you?

how long have you waited since the snail mail letter? coz you'll need to wait a while for it to actually reach them, and then someone to read it.... its not just neopets, all offices work like that.

When did you mail the letter (the snail mail)? As r4chel said, it could take awhile. First depending where you live it can take some time to get to them, and then it'll probably take awhile for someone to get to read it and decide what to do or who to forward it on to ... and then that person will have to read it and decide what to do.
I know first hand how frustrating it is to have to wait for an answer, it took me 2 months to get a response when my account was frozen. I was ultimately able to get it back, but it's never easy.

If you got frozen for a reason, no matter what, you won't get unfrozen.
But here's hoping that you DO get unfrozen soon, and you DIDN'T do anything.
It's horrible so many people get frozen for no reason.
And don't try phoning them, their number is "only for businesses".

I sent the mail letter about a month ago, exactly.
