Some people on the boards have, but not me.
I can't seem to make her give me quests cheap enough to actually be do-able. -.-;

I say, do her quests only when it's below 2k. When it's above, don't do it. You usually get 2k worth of stuff, and putting more money into it would waste your nps.

It's up to you though.

For me its 5k, I seem to have a nice history with the snow faerie. She gives me a rare negg once a month!

They seem to have very little chance of being given out, *points to the coupons in galleries*

Jeez, for coupons, they sure dont seem to save alot of Neopoints...

Right now, I think its worth more than the items it self, and I dont think you have to "buy". I think its kinda like another vending machine...

I just got a Pink Ice Cream Coupon today from her. My quest only cost about 1.5k and I got more than I wanted in return. It seems to be selling for about 120k or so, and if you wanted to buy mine (I have no use for it) then look up my trades (username=sundayvapor) and bid.

Hopefully they will make an avatar out of it, and prices will go up.

I think it's totally random if you get one or not. I bet they will make an avatar with it. They're just taking their time and thinking...
