How do u get Best Dressed?

Ive noticed some pets have a best dressed trophy on their pet lookup, how do u get these?

Well, first you need a piece of artwork to submit (of your pet) and the rest is a popularity contest. People vote for thier favorite pet.

I remeber when I entered the Beauty Contest, I only advertised here on PPT. There was some sort of thing going... "Vote for me, and I'll vote for you!" That's how I got a lot of my votes. And I came in second! (not overall)
