Ever since the Kiosk Wocky avatar came out, you've had two chances to gain levels from them: fat and slim.

But say i was buying in mass i have already made a profit of 5 k and gained 1 level after buying 30 terror cards.

I'd probably try the scratch cards once I got into the really high levels of training, but not until then, the chance of getting a level is just too small.
