hey i just started playing neopets again i hadn't logged on in about a year and i was wondering if y'all could help me out with telling me how i could improve my weapons and such

Replace two with Lost Desert Dagger, and/or Lightning Scroll, and/or Brain Tree Mace.
Replace the Supersize with "Downsize!"
Upgrade your healer to Red Scorchstone or Blue Scorchstone.
Get a Snowglobe Staff, you'll need it.

I have absolutely no idea what your budget is... But here goes:
First of all get rid of the mud mixtures. They only heal 1-5, and they do Earth.. Which happens to be blocked by one of the most common shield people carry around.

Blue Scorchstone - A Red Scorchstone isn't good enough for your level of HP. If possible get a Green Scorchstone
Downsize! - Yeah, do what Adam said and get a downsize! to replace with your supersize
Illusen's Earth Potion - Get this...(or you could just get sticky snowballs or something, because this does Earth... and tats a common icon) but if you can afford definately get a Honey Potion
Scroll of Dark Nova - Definately get this.
Lost Desert Dagger - Get one of these
Hand Painted Scarab - Get rid of both of these...

Other than that you would just need a freezer

How many icons does the Scroll of Dark Nova do? I seen this suggested to a few people, but I do not want to get it, if it does less icons then other weapons that I current use.

no idea what your budget is, but here is my suggestion for your set

Blue Scorchstone-- Healer
Scroll of dark nova-- Basic attk weap
Snowglobe staff-- Freezer
Downsize!-- Defence
Leaf Shield-- Shield
Brain Tree Mace/Scarab Stone Slingshot-- Basic attk weap
Zapatron 2000/Tooth of Terask/Tiki Amulet-- Dual Duty Item
Honey Potion/Purple sticky hand-- Bomb or Stealer

1. Go to Google and type in the full name of the weapon you wish to lookup and add "site: idb.finalhit.org"

Example: To lookup Honey Potion you would enter the following into the Google search bar:

2. You should get the following search results:
