Frozen Form Reply

Please someone help. I just got my reply from jennifer & she told me what was written that got me frozen. It looks like it was from the chat board (which i never go on because I was afraid of being frozen). The sentence is so bad that i wouldn't even post it here. It also appears that a very young person could've wrote it. I just wanted to cry when i opened the email and noticed what was said. I'm a 26 mother of a 2yo girl. I would've never said anything like that. Please someone help me. I fear that i'll never get my account back because of that. :cry: :cry:

I would suggest writing back and saying that you did not say 'that thing' which was said. Change your password and your e-mail (somebody might have used your account without your knowledge). You should say as much.

Do you have any idea how this could have happened...is there anyone on neo that doesnt like you? id definitely change my password in case someone has gone in without your knowledge?

Well I can't change my password right now the account is frozen. But I have changed it on my other account. I really can't think of anyone that I've made mad at me on neo or anywhere else. My hubby thinks i'm crazy to be so addicted to it but has no access to a computer during the day & it was frozen between 5pm & 6pm.
I wrote back stating what I did above & ask for further info. Such as where it was posted. I had to wait a few hours to write back. I was so upset by that I was afraid I would say/write the wrong thing & they would really decide to not give it back.

But anyway, I hope you get your account back-- it's horrible to be blamed for something you didn't do!

You could try resubmitting your form - I had to do that three times before I got a decent staff member.

Justin's a really good guy to try and email, though.

Yeah, he's very helpful and responds to me pretty quickly. I sent in an e-mail on Thursday and recieved a reply yesterday, so hopefully he'll be that quick in responding to you. :)

Yep -- he's the fastest I've seen by far. Since the first email, I got a reply in under 24 hours each time.
