they froze it as what i didnt realise at the time my sisters had a cheat thing and well cos IP addresses etc matched they froze all accounts..including mine which i worked on for soooo long, had 156 avatars and the night before just went over to premium..so am even more p-d cos theyre not even answering me and i didnt do anything

I hate to say it but i can see why they froze you and i doubt that you will get your account back. They have no way of knowing that it was your sister who was cheating and not you.
The best thing to do is to create a new account and stop your sister from cheating. You might just get lucky and get your old account back but if not at least you will have made a start on a new one.
