Many of the books are phenomenally rare...97-99 for all of the new 4, as I understand it.
It's part of the "Nobody should have the rare stuff" campaign that they've been on for the last two years or so.

i remember i first joined having at least 1 mil np kept ya living in teh fast lane now thats probly poor on the site
