It's a bit on an inside joke -- Last March they attempted to set up a schedule of releasing the news at Midnight NST. That day they "cancelled" the news so they could start up the releasing schedule (which they haven't done in a while)

Last year someone wrote to the editorial because March 3rd was their birthday and they were mad and Donna said she would have it deleted which obviously didn't happen. It isn't fair for some of us who's birthday's are March 3rd *cough*
