Whats the lil dude that wakes up on Saturday at 12 NST that can give you an avatar or take a pets levels away

Turmaculas? He doesn't necessarilly wake up at that time, and he doesn't take your pets levels away. He can give them, though... and you get an avatar if he eats your petpet.
