Double banner ads?

Several times today, when the page loaded, there are TWO banner ads stacked one on top of the other with the bottom covering the top of the sidebar and title of the page.
Is anybody else getting this problem?

It's a conspiracy! 
They're displaying multiple ads at the same time, but you'll only see one. And Neo will earn money from all of them. Fooling the ad companies!

Yes, I'm sure there are double ones now, stacked one on top of another. I saw the same thing on ESPN.com. They made it impossible to navigate the page correctly xX;

Yeah I meant the actual website, but the forums do have banner ads *points to bottom of screen* scroll down...

Speaking of ads, do you ever think Neopets will bring pop-up ads? I get pop-ups enough as it is. They say they won't but you know how it is. They'll do anything to keep Neopets free.
