Will I get frozen?

I got a faerie quest on the shop wiz.
Well I was looking for a Teasqito.
I pressed back and searched for Teasqito again.
But the faerie didn't warn me not to use the shop wiz.
That wasn't the item I needed for the quest though, but will I get frozen?

I don't think you'll get frozen. I've heard of several people who have had similar things happen, and they haven't been frozen. I think your account should be fine personally.

don't worry about it, everyone uses that old trick, I doubt Neo even knows about it and even if they did I'm not sure they could do anything about it :/

Becides if you get frozen for doing that, then they have to frezze everyone on the boards asking for people to look it up for em, lol.

Hey, think of it this way. I always have 1 window with the shop wiz open, in the occassion that if I get a quest I can search for the item without all the hassles of asking for help.

I don't really think it's cheating as such. You've got nothing to worry about, don't worry.

Ditto. However, it could be deemed as exploting a glitch. However, I don't think TNT will freeze you if you did it unintentionally.

Ahhhh great, now I feel like I'm exploiting a glitch

I'm gonna write in to TNT and ask them if they deem it against the rules or not. I'll post here when (if) I get a reply.

EDIT: Before I ask them, does Gmail accept any mail from neopets? Because otherwise, I'll need to change my email address.

I believe Gmail has some problems with receiving mail from Neopets. Try Yahoo or Hotmail.

I'll try Yahoo. From what I heard Hotmail is much too easy to crack. I don't really trust it *pokes Hotmail with a stick*

Hey, TNT have been known to freeze unexpectedly, and say that something perfectly legal (until you were frozen) was against the rules. People getting frozen for SAYING eBay (though it doesn't happen that often anymore) when nowhere does it say you're not allowed to.

And chances are someone from TNT will have read this board or will very soon. So even if I don't write to them, they'd still be aware. I don't think they can say it's against the rules, since so many people do it sometimes without even knowing. I'm just writing in for peace of mind

I've done that before, too. Usually I just logout and login to a different account to find the item, then back to my main to buy the item. Wonder if that's against the rules? I do often wish the rules were much more specific.
