New puzzle:

Dr. Frank Sloth, working furiously in his research lab in the Virtupets space station, finally finished his invention which would help him take over Neopia: a teleporter! Unfortunately, he wasn't quite sure how it worked. He placed a Grundo into the teleporter and typed in the number 129359, and the Grundo ended up in the Lost Desert. He placed another Grundo in there and typed 371249, and the Grundo ended up on Terror Mountain. He tried one more time with one more Grundo and typed 235137... Where did the third Grundo end up?

I compared the numbers directly to the co-ordinates (###,###) on the explore map... They don't match. Maybe we have to do something to them?

for whatever reason, the numbers remind me of combination locks, but I doubt that's at all related.

The first thing I thought of was primes, but unfortunately I was wrong.

129359 = 277 *467
371249 = (Prime)
235137 = 3 * 7 * 11197

Is there a list somewhere of what order the various worlds were added?

I've already come up with nothing trying shop numbers, btw.
