Ugh, I can't believe I woke up early just for this...
...and now I see still nobody has any clue on how to unlock it. X_x
People are going to be angry if they retire this...there was enough bad blood over the inane way you had to get the halloween bar.
They took a great idea, and ruined it. Any excitement people had about the sidebars is being replaced with frustration. Not the way they should have started this thing.

when i saw my preview of the news, which has the first few lines of every section, i thought they were saying that they were forgetting the sidebar idea. who knows, maybe they should.
