...Dictators! I'm on a Topic-starting-rage today so I thought I'd start this. Try and think up some reasons, this ought to be fun.

Because hideous villains would announce their intentions to attack the planet, but for some reason would just...not.

Because in their country, you could stumble across money and valuable items randomly on the floor.
Because anyone trying to overthrow the government would fail after being slapped with a "Don't talk about religious/politics" warning.
Nobody would have to get an education because higher learning will be forever unreleased and "coming soon".
Nobody would think you were wierd if you had 15,000 bottles of sand hoarded in your house. Nope, they'd consider that "pretty normal".
The streets would be filled with beggars and random wierdos.
On Christmas, you'd get at least 31 presents, and get to celebrate all month long!
