For Neopets ONLY discussion.

Is their a phone number or email the head exec of Neopets?
I saw a guild advertised as an adults only guild on the neo boards (guilds)
I looked at this guild out of curiosity (it is not even private)
And the guild has X rated sexual content (pictures of porno, etc...)
I reported it 3 times and my best friend reported it once and that was 2 days ago and it's still there!
I am so ANGRY about this because I know a lot of young children play on Neopets and if something isn't done about this I will keep trying to find a way to make them stop this!!
I will not post the link here because I don't think it's appropriate.
If the person running this website needs proof of the link, PM me and I'll send you the link.

Wow. Usually Neopets jumps FAST on anything like that.

Heh. I'll find neo's contact information.
Phone: -removed-
Why not call? :p
Runedit: Removed the phone number out of courtsey towards Neopets

WOW! Neo usually gets rid of that in a hour or two if they have people in their office. I would call neopets but my mom would kill me for wasting phone times to talk to neo about something.
*goes to phone neo about neoschools*

I've heard through channels that they don't appreciate phone calls though. I would suggest that It's just best to report it though the forms.

I was joking saying I would call them about neoschools, they would ban me from the site

lol. But for this manner two days is long enough and neo should be contacted by phone a.s.a.p.

I wonder what the actuall volume of complaints is... on neopets. And how much they sift through... and how much they have to go through.
If they've got staff sick (this is a popular 'sick' time where I live, colds... flu... broken limbs... etc), or if they've had a lot of meetings, or if they're training new staff... they may just be a bit behind.
It can happen after all.

They answer the phone. I just called to make sure.
Who cares what they appreciate? :p Not me.

It would be a matter of courtesy towards them. Likely the phone number is not a support line for the game, more a number for business related matters.

Some of us like to stay on good terms with them. Just because theres a few people who have had problems with Neopets, doesn't mean everyone has. We all have our issues, and harassing them and taking up there time can hardly be a good way of making sure that these issues are dealt with in a kind and orderly fashion.

Why don't they have customer support lines? E-mail and automated forms have shown critically slow responses.

You know? I reported a user lookup with drug and sexual references two weeks ago and TNT left it alone.
Maybe they laid off the monitors to save money?

Because it would take even more people and money to man said lines.
And it would be chaotic and most likely the people working on said lines, would not be that pleased after a day of listening to some teens whine about how their accounts have been frozen.
Not to mention the amount of harassment that the lines would get, they'd be abused, just as the email is. But at least it's easier to delete an email then it is to have someone continually tie up phone lines with their blathering.

Can you imagine all the junk calls they'd receive every day from people who have been conned out of an item, to people accusing others for the slightest thing and people wanting unfreezing hoping that because of the number of calls that they won't fully look into the freezings
