Book SHOP restocking problems[please lock finally restocked]

Is it just me or has the book shop not restocked in 10mins? I know I have bought 75 books from it today but it is not restocking now for 10mins!

It's not the end of the world. Sometimes the shops don't restock for 25 minutes

Thats not shocking at all. The shops sometimes doesn't restock for hours!

I have been selling books from there for two days, I didnt know problems like that happened since I have not had one yet.

10 mintutes is really not alot, nothing is wrong, the shops are always like that...

Tiki Tack is always filled with items. If there are no items there, it's a ban.
