Wheel of Monotony troubles

For the past two days I've spun the WOM I've not been able to see my prize. It's really starting to bug meto say the least. I start spinning it before I go to bed and when I wake up later in the night and check for my prize it's STILL spinning after 3 or 4 hours!

I even whent to this one link someone at ppt gave everyone once upon a time to see how much if any time I have left:

and it shows done, but the wheel is still going.

Anyone else been having this problem?

I have no idea. I cannot even have the patients to wait half way when the camerca zooms nearer at the top.

I think i will never get the avatar. Wonder if it is TNT making trouble by making Users wait so darn long.

That's what it always does for me every time. The time it says is left runs out and the thing is still spinning. After asking about I still couldn't figure out what the problem was so gave up. I played every day for a fortnight and always the same story. Also no prizes or at least I never won anything. :cry:

Hwve you tried going to the wheel via the link provided here? It's worked for me in the past week, at least.

But I had to click on that other link to actually get my prize, my wheel is still spinning... O.o

Neither did I, until someone posted the link on laundromatic.net's boards, where I admin. We have a neopets thread going in General Chatter and I was surprised that something surfaced there that PPT didn't know about - you guys usually know everything!

hmm that page is neat I spun the wheel the way it said to do it and i'll get a Scroll/Poster thing in 81 hours lol

What you're experiencing happens when your prize isn't collected after a certain amount of time. It assumes that you've logged out so your prize is forfeited. This happens to me whenever I log out of the accounts and not log back in to claim my prize after an extended period of time.

I suggest checking with the link and try to collect your prize within an hour of the wheel stopping. Remember, the wheel can continue to spin even after your prize has been awarded so you don't really need to pay attention to the actual wheel page, just focus on the link, its all you need to collect your prize.
