Deadly dice is on Roo Island and can only be accessed between midnight and 1am NST. Dice a Roo is also on Roo Island, and Grarrl Keno is in Tyrannia

Both dicearoo and keno are unavailable it says for me.

Dice a Roo ( http://www.neopets.com/games/dicearoo.phtml ) and Grarrl Keno ( http://www.neopets.com/prehistoric/keno.phtml ) are both working perfectly fine for me. Is it a new account? Or are you under 13?? If not, then I don't know.

Oh, well I accidentially put my birthdate as way younger than I really am when I signed up 3 or 4 years ago... and I just came to this account because my others were frozen... so it thinks I am under 13.

Then that may be the reason. I'm not sure, but i think there is something stopping under 13 accounts from playing "gambling" games O_o.

For deadly dice, you can play all day on halloween too.
