problems with buying from shops from the shop wiz?

I get this whenever trying to buy Cucumber Eye Cream at 1 np:

You were referred here from a non-Neopets page. Looks like somebody was trying to cheat you! Try another shop!

At first I thought this was true , so I proceeded into another shop and got the same message. I tryed again and still got the message.

Is this a glitch everyone is getting or just me?

Nope. No problem here... I'd suggest logging out, and logging back in... couldn't hurt to change your password while you're at it.

I changed my password and logged out. Funny that I got the same message in three different shops.

Most commonly, it's because you went to a petpage earlier, so the web address is

Yes, I encounter that problem regularly. I usually close down all Browser windows after having been using the petpages to avoid it - it may be excessive but it works and means I don't need to worry any

Rahidz is right. I got that once and it scared the smurf out of me. I later determined that it was because I had gone to my pet's petpage and then to the shop wiz from the pet page url. So, I suggest logging off of Neo and then logging back on. That should fix the problem.
