I know he can take 10% or 25% of your money.
1. But is that the money you carry or can it be the money you have in your bank account?
2. Can he strike you more than once?
3. Is the chance of getting striked higher if you have more money (ex 5 milllions) or anytime even if you are not rich ?

Only the money you are carrying with you.

Yup.

Not that I know of.

3. I honestly don't know, although I guess it's no, the amount you have on hand has nothing to do with it.
