How do you get the Fountain Faerie quest?

Is it just like any other Faerie quest? Or do you have to refresh at the Fountain Faerie for it?

It is just like any other Fountain Faerie quest, it is completely random

Oops, yes, sorry about that, it has been a long day
It is like any other faerie quest. Yes an auto-refresher probably won't help you much other than increasing your page views and therefore chances of a faerie quest.
