I was going to get a banner so that I could get a paint brush for 10 referrals, when I see:

50 For 50 signups, you will receive a randomly selected basic colour Paint Brush!!
100 AMAZING! For 100 signups you will receive a MEGA RARE randomly selected exotic coloured Paint Brush!!!

When did this change? x-x

All I have is one referal and my cousin wanted to sign up so instead of just making an account I did referal program, and old paintbrush was 10 referals for a rare one, I know they had to fix it for people cheating but 100 is real high.

Let's hope this is an April Fools joke they never changed back to normal

That's true. 15 referals seems pretty easy to fake and to get away with it. But 100 referals and TNT might have their eye on you. Still...I'll never get that many.

Good luck finding somewhere to post yours. I tried on LiveJournal, but no one really reads my userinfo, and if they do, it's because of some random occurrence if I post on one of the status reports.

You have to watch out for spam rules on TOS, because some sites won't let you link to other sites as an advertisement. Ex: I posted a banner in a comment on an LJ status report and it got deleted.

I can't really think of any sites that get enough traffic. I thought maybe Disney, but they don't have any message boards that I can see. Oh well. I was trying to get to 10 before they changed it, but I stalled out at 4.

I knew I should have tried to pump referrals before they changed the system. I only have four referrals and my main account is 43 months old. lol There is no way I'm going to get close to 50 or 100.

I do think it's cool how you can see who your referrals are now, though. Ugh, it seems if one of your referrals gets frozen, they get deleted from your referral count. >.<
