Someone at the ad company probably just stuck the wrong image file in there.
Unless this is the start of the skyscraper ads, and they goofed and plugged it into the top instead of putting it on the side...

I'm pretty sure it's a mistake. But honestly, those ads shouldn't even be there at all.

It's not so much the content of that ad, having someone exercising on a mini-trampoline, it's the SIZE!!! 
That is beyond bannerzilla.
Geez, and here I thought the "shoot the biker" ad I saw was bad.

Yeah, perhaps they made an error, and the ad was supposed to be placed horizontally across the screen.

Soooooo glad I block ads. That's just rediculous. And just to show that ads don't work, I looked at the picture and now I can't tell you what the ad was for anyway . . .
