I was going to a good ol' Taelia Quest when I got this odd random event...

Since you have been so nice, your game plays for Zurroball have been reset. You may now play three more times today! Hoorah!

Has anyone had this event before?!

Yeah, and usually you either haven't played the game for that day or you hate the game beyond reason. o.o

supposely when your "nice" and get that random event they reset a random game that you've played i got that twice in 3 days once,supposely if your bad sloth will come and take 20% of your np or something who knows...

I believe it is both Sloth, Tax Beast and Super Tax Beast (I know there is one that takes 50% or more, so he's known as Super Tax Beast until determined

Actually, there are four. Tax Beast, Angry Tax Beast, Dr. Sloth's minions, and King Skarl's Marrow Tax. They all take a percentage of those nps on hand. And, I have been hit by all 4.

I have learned to never keep more than 100K out. And, if I have to keep out more than that amount, it is for seconds only (to bid on an auction or a trade).

And, anytime I get a really nice RE, I know that there is some little nasty bad RE around the corner. So, I am extra careful not to leave valuables sitting in my inventory or too much in my nps on hand.

No, King Skarl's Marrow Tax only takes around 100-1000NP. A substantial amount less than the others could be.
