Attack of the Revenge
It was very foolish of Garin to try and be a pirate on somebody else's turf, and now he has to pay the penalty. One stormy evening a HUGE ship sailed right next to Garin's ship, belonging to the fearsome Captain Scarblade - he was out for revenge!

In this game you play Garin and your mission is to repel the pirate hordes! You must use the arrow keys to move, and the Space Bar to swipe your sword. Initially you only have to stop the pirates from climbing aboard, but later on you will also have to fire your cannons at the Revenge. When your cannons are on fire you will have to put them out with the bucket of water. Bear in mind you can only carry one item at a time.

Seems easy at first, but then the cannons come into play. Then it gets more complicated.

I was fine until the cannons came into play, I can't move my hands fast enough to do everything.

Heehee, I rule with the cannons. Oh, and does anyone else know that you can whack the pirates with a cannon ball or splash them with water for double points?

ok, I can't seem to pick up the water. Is there a special trick to it? I can pick up the cannon balls just fine.... but the water.......arrrrgh!!!

I found it works best for me if I always try to have a cannonball on hand. That way, if a cannon goes off, I can refill it quickly but if a pirate comes first, I can lug the cannonball at them. And then go grab another cannonball as fast as I can, but not hesitate to slash at any pirate either. Yah. And quick fingers are a plus. I always get confused by where you have to space yourself in order to get to the right place in between cannons. That's the only really annoying part.

With an np ratio of 50/100 and the highest score on the highscore board barely making 2000, the game doesn't really seem worth it It's a fun game but it just gets too hard too fast. My highest score currently: 791

To pick up the water, go all the way down, then hit right...you have to go one step farther right in the bottom position than you can on the top.

Here's a hint: always keep the cannons loaded. ALWAYS. They count as 12 points when they're fired. And, you can hit the baddies with a cannonball in your hand, so just keep moving back and forth along the row of cannon with the cannonballs, and you should be alright.

Also, getting the water is kinda fiddly. It's best if you move all the way to the right and just mash >+\/
