Random Events in shops?

I read somewhere they're not supposed to happen in shops... has this changed? Because I just got one at the chocolate factory.

I get them when I restock, although usually they blank the main part of my page of all except the shop bar and the RE. O.o

Sometime in the last few months RE's got activated in shops, user shops, shop wiz, etc. Perhaps they can occur on every page now, I'm not sure.

Really? I haven't RSed in a long time, but I know when I did I never got any random events in the shops. Maybe I should take it back up again...

Yeah, I get them when I restock too, I got a mutant petpet paint brush that way, so I remember. =)

In my entire restocking life i got like 2 REs. I lost 10 neopets and Mr Tax beast. Is that good in anyway?
