Now im peeeeeeeeed off

First of all, one of my New Member accounts got hacked, then i thoght 'okay.. no big deal' then i go to my oher acc and find this

So they've frozen you... because your first account was hacked... and they didn't want your other accounts to be hacked as well?
And you hate them?

I actually very much appreciate the whole 'frozen to prevent theft' thing at Neopets (if it works correctly)!

Are you sure you haven't fallen for anything? Then how was your New Member account 'hacked'? TNT is really just trying to protect your account, so click that button and send a form!

I hope you can get your account back! :)

yea the best u can do is mail TNT and tell them what happened..hopefully u will get ur account back..good luck

Inrun makes an excellent point.
On the brightside, accounts frozen for that reason are generally quite easy to get back, as all you have to do is prove it's yours. So good luck, and--I can't stress this enough--be polite to the Team!
