Ice Scorchstone

I spent my neo life savings on a Ice scorch stone and it only worked once
does it ever restore so you can use it again? Or is it broken after one use.
Is their a repair shop you can take your broken weapons to???
(Wonders will these questions ever be known???)

You can only use it once a battle. You will be able to use it again after in another battle.
Eh, just read IDB and it says Semi-Fragile. I don't know what that means.

You can use it many times during a battle, but only until it heals (which it does about 24% of the time -- the other 76% it will do absolutely nothing). Then it disappears for the rest of the battle. You can use it again in your next battle.
Read all the ratings here; they explain how it works and who should bother with it (not many people!). You should always check out the IDB before buying an expensive weapon to see if it's worth it.
(Also, do you use the faerie abilities restore, regenerate and healing vapour? They will heal 33% of your lost HP each, and they've saved me many times during battles -- I don't have a good healer. And greater healing scroll is decent, too. It heals 50HP and is only 14K, and it's breakable but doesn't break very often.)

Thnaks for the information I will definatly look things up next time.
It must not be fully healed yet becouse the only battle it has ever worked for was the first time I tried it. It does appear in the other battles but still says it's not working. Very fustraiting.

Like I said, it only works 24% of the time. The rest of the time, when you try to use it, it will say that nothing happens. You have to keep using it every turn during a battle until it works... which is a bad system, because it uses up a weapon slot and can actually end up making you get killed before it actually heals.

Why did you buy the Ice Scorchstone in the first place? Haha. I think it is like one of the worse Stones around. Did not mean to be so offensive. sorry. But, you could have spent a bit of that money on a Red/Blue/Green Scorchstone which will 100% heal u at least 20hp. They won't break and is cheaper.

The reason to buy an Ice Scorchstone is where the other scorchstones don't heal enough, Chakra_ and you can't afford a full healer. When I had 500 HP, the red/blue/green SSs -- actually all of the SS except jade -- were useless to me. The Ice Scorchstone did give me the full heal 24% of the time.
That said, it was a very frustrating weapon. I once used it 19 turns in a row without it healing for me. The thing is that you have to start using it in a battle long before you really need a heal because you know that odds are you have to use it several times before it works. And, when it doesn't work you have given up doing the damage you could otherwise have done.

I believe its about 20 percent of the time it heals, until it heals, its multiple use, but when it heals, it breaks until next next battle

I think your belief is incorrect. I tested it 443 times and it healed 24% of the time. (It is correct that, after it heals, it disappears for the battle).
