i was spinning the wok and it stopped on the water faerie and below the water faerie it says

It does nothing. It says that when your active pet is fully healed prior to spinning.

Yeah. The water faerie thing is pretty much the healing springs, only of WOK. That's what it says if your pet is healed when you get it.
