Spaces in petpet names?

Fri Jun 24, 2005 1:43 pm

I have a petpet that I want to have a name with a space in it but it keeps deleting the space. The weird thing is, I have a different pet who has a petpet with a space in his name but I can't remember how it's done. Any ideas?

I think that Neo used to allow spaces in the name, but no longer does. I say this because I had a petpet attached to one of my pets that had spaces in its name. I then took the petpet off to replace it with an avatar petpet. When I put the original petpet back on and tried to put its original name back on, the name wouldn't take.

I agree, it's kinda annoying. I wanted to call the Snowbunny attatched to my Hissi 'Midnight Snack' (evil, I know  ) But it wouldn't allow spaces, so its just 'MidnightSnack,' which looks a bit silly. I wish they'd change it back. :(

Aww, that stinks. I bought my Baby Kougra a Huggy Bear and I wanted to name him Lord Huggington but now it's only LordHuggington, which does look kind of weird. Thanks for the help though ^_^

I was able to put underscores in my petpet's name. So, maybe you could try Lord_Huggington? It doesn't look quite as bad as the two words smooshed together.

Can't you have spaces in the name if you adopt a grundo from the space station, or was that fixed?

You could always get one, then morph it
