Premium Woes

I have tried several times to sign up for Premium and always run into trouble. I just tried to again, and they have a new form -that is missing a submit button lol!!! Last time it appeared I had completed everything, and it told me congratulations, but then I was unable to log in and support said I didn't exist. Before that it wouldn't accept that I had been referred.

Has anyone signed up within the last two weeks and been successful? I've about had it and am only going to try a couple more times. This just seems crazy. Oh, it also tells me my billing address doesn't match now XD.

Is premium realy worth this much hassle?

Good grief, I tried it again. I noticed this time that the scroll bar was awfully long. Turns out there was a Sign Up button wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy at the bottom under a bit of white space. But it still didn't work, it bumped me to the premium.neopets.com page where there is that bit to log in.

So I sent them yet another email (though I'm sure they've blocked me by now ) letting them know that the form does not work in Firefox.

I'm exhausted, so I'll try again tomorrow -using Internet Explorer *faints* They do want my money, don't they???

A mod can lock this now, thanks Turns out browser compatibility is crazy, not me ;D
