How do i get a higher score on Swarm - The Bugs Strike Back?

I'm only managing to get just over 2000 once i have completed all 10 stages and i see the highest score is over 85000. I know i will never get this score but was just interested in why there was such a huge difference in final score.

Because you can kill all but one or two of the red guys, let them scroll across the screen, and shoot the green guys to your heart's content.

Keep in mind that you get X+3 points for every red guy you hit, where X is the number of shots you've made without missing. If you're careful with your bullets, then you can start scoring 100 points every time you hit a bad guy. Makes 1000 neopoints really easy.

It's possible that they disabled the green bug score. If that's the case, then you can't get a swarm high score this month.

thanx to your help they were able to fix that glitch
