I think the Kiosk in the Ice Cave on Terror Mountain has be best prizes and highest resale value. Lost Desert Kiosk is alright and you make some profits by resale. The Haunted Kiosk's basic card is worth less than what you paid for it, but the rarer ones are pretty good for resale.

if you plan on scratching them, my personal favortie is the lost desert ones.

Personally, i think that reselling the Kiosk (Ice Caves) is better then scratching. The only use of scratching that i ocassionaly do is Terror Trove for levelling
