[/quote]PLEASE! Someone anyone get back to me! We have been trying to contact someone from neo staff and are getting all different answers! My son's account was frozen but yet the site is still up and even changing the months! He was scammed and can NOT access his code to get into his site! Usually you people are VERY helpful, but now there is no one there getting back to me or him! He is my son, he is Honest415. Please someone anyone let us know what is going on! One person said he scammed and he didn't! He has been out here for 3 years and lives up to his name "honest" I wish there was a number I can call to tell your bosses and tell them how cruel some of the neo staff is! PLEASE help.
Thank you

As far as joining here and being scammed the next day, the only connection I can possibly see is that you have contact information right out there - your IMs. Have you been im'ing with anyone? Anybody send you anything or send you to another site?

Morningstar wrote:OK, here is my advice. I read your letter, ItalianIce, and I see nothing but anger in it. If you want the account back, you cannot get angry. I don't care how upset, angry, frustrated you are, you will not get anywhere with TNT unless you are respectful and polite to them. You can be very firm in your argument, yet be cordial and understanding at the same time. You catch a whole lot more flies with honey than with vinegar.
In my dealings with the staff, I have found them to be understanding, hardworking, and extremely nice. But, I have always been nice to them.
No matter how upset I was, I never lashed out at them in any correspondence. They are overworked and underpaid and have to sift through gazillions of reports, all of whom are claiming to be innocent.
The staff of Neopets didn't scam your son. And, are pretty much doing their best given the situation. They unfroze the account. From the looks of it, the email address must have been changed by the scammer. As I have already told your son in a PM, he needs to contact Neopets and prove that the account is his by giving info about the account--names of neofriends, bank balance, etc.
If you are going to call them to give them a piece of your mind and end up screaming and hollering, my guess is that you will get hung up on and possibly get your whole household IP banned. Trust me, that happened to someone here about 1-1/2 years ago. He screamed at the receptionist, legal representative, and anyone he could find and shortly thereafter, every one of his accounts was frozen.
If you want to see what worked when I wrote my letters to the staff about my daughter's and husband's accounts (both unfrozen within a week of writing), check out my post on: http://www.pinkpt.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=18899everconfused wrote:

EC, it wasn't PPT. Italianice had a link to another site listed right under her message, which has since been deleted so no one else would go to it and also get scammed.
