betweeen a portal user and a premium user?

Whats the difference betweeen a portal user and a premium user??? I have access to the portal yet I'm not a premie user I don't pay a cent. but I did alpha test the neo toolbar and neomail service

Premium users get the neomail, toolbar, a Space Faerie Scratchcard every Friday, email random events (Something Has Happened's or SHH's), referral prizes, and can beta test new games.

Exactly, we also don't get the benefit of no ads, the exclusive boards (although the link taunts me everytime I see it >_<) and the perk of a link to the portal on the sidebar onsite. I'm a portal user too, but the benefits of the portal free as a whole make up for all the stuff I miss in my opinion
