I seem to be very unlucky. My pet had the sneezles and i cured it, about a minute later it caight the doldrums... Is there some place to cure sickness without spending 100k+ on medicine every few minutes?

Just try every 40 minutes or so and your pet will be cured in no time

Yes, but with 40 minutes, you don't have to remember the exact minute you went. I usually like to visit there once an hour to stock up on healing potions and stuff and she helps to cure me after the Snowager.
