Silly Question (Quadrapus)

I was on a spree of buying every avatar petpet to age on side accounts, when I came across a quadrapus. They're r106, but where do they come from? I don't want to shell out 1m, and find out I could get one really easily. (Of course, I can't imagine that it'd be too hard to resell.) :)
