I logged into my acct this morning and found an Ixi Transmogrification Potion in my items that I didn't buy! No idea where it came from. Should I be worried?..

I wouldn't say so, if there wasn't a notice of having received it then you may have got it in a random event. Lucky you.

Well if you double check your neopoints and items, nothing seems to be missing than your just lucky. I have noticed that my neopoints have been varying, as well as random items appearing in my inventory.

That has happened once before to me too =).
However, as an extra safety precaution if that happens again, you might want to change your password (only if you can remember it!! Or have an email account you can access in case you forget).
