It was sometime while I was texting on my cell, sending an email, and instant messaging all simultaneously that I realized... I haven't really seen the people I'm contacting in a million years.
This information-age contemplation led me to create a topic just out of curiosity.
How many of your neofriends have you met in real life? Have you met someone after becoming their neofriend? What's the most interesting add you made (as in, most interesting reason you added them).
Personally, all of mine are people I know (most of them I recommended to the site before knowing about the whole rewards thing

Intresting topic. As a guild leader, all mine are my guild members and guild members only because I hold private auctions. Other then that, I do have 2 neofriends that I do know in real life but they don't go on neo to much anymore.

My neofriends list is far too long, and some of them I don't even remember ever talking to them, it's been such a long time.
Heh, I haven't thought about neofriends for a long time. This thread reminds me of the list of neofriend requests that I've left there to rot xD *pokes list*

All of my neofriends are my other accounts that I haven't used in ages

I've actully met 6 of my friends 
! All were my friends back when I lived in the states, except one was one my student teacher, and I think two are actully friends from Germany.

Ahh well I remember I had to delete like 3 at once because they all got frozen. I used to have a great some filling up two pages now I hardly have a page and a half, because most of them got frozen.

On my chat account, I've got some people I needed to contact during a project I was doing. And some random people who really, really liked my userlookup. I'm not too picky with stuff on my chat account.

On my old account, 1. It was someone I knew from school. On my new account, no. Most people on there are two states away, at least.

I don't know if I'd actually be up to meeting anyone who Neofriended me. Maybe if I knew them for 2+ years and spoke to them daily and all that, but what are the chances of that happening?
